Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and specific electrode specifications to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Shipment

  Securely pack the products in their original industrial packaging to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Send the package via a trackable shipping service to our central distribution warehouse; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the electrodes for integrity, and approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 5-7 business days.
